Fees

• Registration is $500 per registrant — Girl Friends and Boy Friends both.
• Credit cards only. No checks or other payment methods.
• A unique email is required for each registrant — register your Boy Friend or another Girl Friend with their own email, separately.

Timeline

• Wed, Jan 14, 2026 — Early registration opened.
• Thu, Mar 26, 2026 — Late registration began ($625 fee).
• Thu, Apr 9, 2026 · 11:59 PM PT — Registration closed. Onsite registration is not permitted.

How registration worked

• Each registered Girl Friend received an official email invitation from Conclave Chair Lyn Hamlin with a personal registration link.
• Hotel rooms were reserved during the registration flow — successful payment was required to secure lodging within the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess room block.
